FitAndEat Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the FitAndEat mobile application and related services. By using FitAndEat, you agree to these terms.

FitAndEat provides nutrition, fitness, and subscription-based premium features for personal use. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account.

FitAndEat may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

• Subscription title: FitAndEat Premium
• Subscription length: monthly and yearly options may be offered
• Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase

Billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests and subscription management are subject to Apple's policies and store rules.

FitAndEat provides general wellness, nutrition, and fitness information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.

The app, its content, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to FitAndEat and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, usage may also be governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA
