FitAndEat Privacy Policy

FitAndEat respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FitAndEat mobile application and related services.

We may collect the following information:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and sign-in method.
• Profile and app usage data you choose to provide in the app.
• Subscription and purchase status information processed via Apple App Store.
• Technical information needed to operate the app, such as device and diagnostic data.

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide nutrition, fitness, and premium subscription features.
• To manage subscriptions, purchases, and account status.
• To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
• To communicate important service or account-related updates.

FitAndEat may support sign in with email/password, Google, and Apple. Authentication is handled through trusted third-party providers such as Firebase Authentication and platform identity providers.

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your full payment card information. Subscription status and entitlement information may be processed through RevenueCat to manage premium access.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can request deletion of your account directly inside the app using the account deletion option. When your account is deleted, your app account data will be removed subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

FitAndEat may use third-party services such as:

• Firebase
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple
• RevenueCat

These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

FitAndEat does not sell, broker, or share your health data (including height, weight, calorie logs, nutrition logs, and workout logs) with advertising companies or data brokers.

Health data stays isolated in app storage/backend and is excluded from third-party advertising payloads.

For US users, FitAndEat applies strict controls for health-related information and does not authorize sharing of this information with ad networks for targeting purposes. Tracking consent (ATT) is requested on iOS and users can continue to use the app without granting permission.

FitAndEat is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law without parental or guardian consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.

For users in the European Economic Area, we process profile and health-related input (for example height, weight, age, nutrition and workout logs) only after explicit in-app consent.
