For eligible users in the European Union, digital premium purchases may be withdrawn within 14 days after purchase without giving a reason, according to applicable consumer protection rules.

In the app menu, you can use the action labeled "Vertrag widerrufen" / "Cancel Subscription" to directly open your store cancellation flow.

1. Open the app hamburger menu.
2. Tap "Vertrag widerrufen" (or "Cancel Subscription").
3. Complete cancellation in the App Store/Play Store subscription page.

Store refund and cancellation outcomes are determined by the platform provider's billing policies.
